Service call fee = Our service technician driving our service truck to your address and arriving at your door. $60.00 Labour charge = Our service technician working on your appliance issue in your home. LABOUR RATE IS $72.00 PER HOUR (billed $12.00 per 10 minute interval) example: 20 min Labor = $24.00 this is in addition to service call fee 2nd Trip Charge = If a second trip is required due to parts availability or awaiting approval of service this fee is $30.00 ** ANY GAS FIRED APPLIANCE IS AT A SERVICE CALL RATE OF $100.00 (T.S.S.A. GAS CERTIFIED TECHS) Note. All built in or stacked appliances will require an adult to be home to assist in removing and replacing such , in order to complete a repair if required.
